Call Data Explorer

The call data explorer makes it possible to view call details directly in the Web Suite. Simple filter options can be used to narrow down the list of entries, making it possible to search for specific call data. The columns can be shown, hidden and moved as desired. As an alternative to the detailed view, you can issue totals for an organisational chart level - or for a certain period of time. Klick on “Sum up” and select the appropriate entry.
