titleProcedure for setting the password

Specifying the password requires a special procedure in STARFACE, as otherwise it will not be correctly adopted:

  • Go to the "Configuration" page and enter the password in the "Password protection" field
  • Then hit "Save" (NOT "Apply")
  • If you now go back to the module, there are several points in the "Password protection" field. On the other hand, if the field is empty, then the password was not correctly adopted!


Starting with module version 185, additional parameters have been added. These have the following meaning:

  • Erstdatenbenzu nicht älter als: The date from which the data is to be imported is specified here. This is only taken into account for the first query. A query can otherwise take a long time, especially if a system has been running for a long time and a lot of data has been collected. This parameter can be used to limit this.
  • Datensammlung ("Gruppen Login/Logouts Sammeln" and "Telefoniestatusänderungen von Benutzern Sammeln"): These two parameters are used for "debugging" and are intended to help analyze performance problems. If these parameters are "deactivated", the corresponding data is no longer collected and is therefore missing from the analysis. This means that this can only be deactivated temporarily.
